Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with banking partners to investigate and resolve settlement and refund discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the Finance team to perform reconciliations and address related financial matters.
- Address and resolve queries or tickets raised by banks, merchants, and customers efficiently.
- Maintain strong product knowledge to effectively manage and resolve stakeholder issues.
- Manage and respond to assigned cases within Freshdesk, ensuring timely closure.
- Execute transaction and refund reconciliations in coordination with banking partners.
- Partner with the Technical team to identify and implement fixes for settlement and refund-related issues.
- Coordinate with Sales and Support teams to ensure comprehensive and accurate query resolution.
- Monitor and manage transaction-level factors that impact fund inflows and outflows.
- Ensure adherence to SLAs and prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exhibit excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Possess strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Have prior experience in performing reconciliation activities.
- Demonstrate proficiency in using AI and analytical platforms such as Gemini, Excel, and Tableau.
