Key Responsibilities:
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of Red Hat’s portfolio and services, and how they support customers in addressing technical, developmental, and strategic business challenges.
- Develop technical expertise across Red Hat solutions, including Cloud, Automation, and AI, by completing structured training programs and earning relevant certifications.
- Apply acquired technical skills through active participation in customer projects, hands-on experiences, and job shadowing opportunities.
- Support senior members of the Services Delivery team in the on-site delivery, implementation, and adoption of Red Hat technologies.
- Strengthen professional capabilities by working directly with customers and engaging in continuous learning and skill development initiatives.
- Build an understanding of enterprise-level solution architecture, including associated processes and tools.
- Contribute to Sales organization objectives by helping deliver customer business value through enterprise IT solutions built on Red Hat platforms, ensuring a consistent and reliable technology foundation.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Demonstrate a strong passion for and curiosity about open-source technologies, with a clear desire to build a career in the technology industry.
- Possess solid technical knowledge in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields, acquired through academic programs, boot camps, or professional certifications.
- Exhibit proven ability to apply technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills in enterprise IT-related projects.
- Show initiative and motivation for continuous, self-directed learning of emerging technologies.
- Maintain a customer-focused mindset, with the ability to understand client needs and support them in achieving their business objectives.
- Demonstrate willingness to travel regularly to customer locations for project work, as well as to Red Hat offices for collaboration with internal teams.
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey ideas and technical information.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external customers.
- Have working knowledge or experience with Linux-based systems (preferred).
- Hold one or more Red Hat certifications (preferred).
- Exposure to Red Hat technologies such as Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Red Hat OpenShift, Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform, Red Hat AI platform, or related solutions is considered an advantage.
