Key Responsibilities:
- Continuously upskill and adapt to working with diverse technologies and technical components across the development stack.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies, tools, and trends in software development.
- Assist in the design and development of full-stack software solutions, primarily using React and Python.
- Work closely with a mentor/tutor to identify professional goals and support ongoing skill development.
- Develop a strong understanding of programming fundamentals and object-oriented design principles through practical experience.
- Gain hands-on exposure to software development through academic projects, internships, or real-world assignments.
- Apply analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to address technical challenges effectively.
- Build familiarity with software development methodologies such as Agile and Scrum.
- Acquire knowledge and practical experience in web development technologies, including Angular, React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline as a recent graduate.
- Have no prior full-time professional work experience; however, internships and academic projects are acceptable.
- Demonstrate the ability and commitment to complete the full 12-month apprenticeship program.
Technical Skills:
- Possess proficiency in at least one programming language.
- Demonstrate working knowledge of Python for application development and scripting.
- Have familiarity with React for front-end development.
- Exhibit understanding of Linux/Unix environments and basic scripting capabilities.
