Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business teams on projects to identify improvement opportunities by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting relevant data and information.
- Develop and deliver high-quality Operations Research (OR) solutions while maintaining comprehensive documentation to ensure seamless workflows and promote code reusability.
- Structure and communicate insights effectively from various workstreams, delivering clear, concise, and professional presentations to teams, leaders, managers, and stakeholders.
- Conduct regular technical coordination and review meetings with stakeholders, ensuring timely reporting, issue tracking, and escalation when necessary.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Computer Science, Statistics, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
- Possess 0–2 years of relevant professional experience.
- Demonstrate strong fundamentals in Operations Research, including Linear Programming (LP), Mixed-Integer Linear Programming (MILP), Markov Decision Processes (MDP), and metaheuristic techniques such as Genetic Algorithms (GA) and Ant Colony Optimization (ACO).
- Be legally authorized to work in India for any employer without requiring sponsorship.
- Exhibit fluency in both English and Hindi, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Successfully meet job qualification requirements through completion of the interview process.
- Maintain reliable and punctual attendance as an essential responsibility of the role.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Possess a background in Operations Research or Industrial Engineering.
- Have hands-on experience working with optimization solvers such as Gurobi, CPLEX, or similar tools.
- Demonstrate experience in designing algorithms or heuristics to efficiently solve Operations Research formulations in academic or industry settings.
- Be proficient in programming languages such as C, C++, Java, R, Python, or other structured programming languages.
- Have both theoretical knowledge and practical experience in AI/ML modeling.
