Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of business applications leveraging AI technologies such as OpenAI, Claude, and similar platforms.
- Work with datasets to perform data cleaning, preprocessing, and basic feature engineering within the CRM data environment.
- Support and maintain the integration of AI solutions with Salesforce platforms using APIs and native tools.
- Contribute to the development of intelligent workflows within Salesforce, including Einstein, Flows, and basic automation.
- Collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Participate in testing, debugging, and continuous improvement of AI-driven applications.
- Document solutions, experiments, and key learnings in a clear and structured manner.
- Demonstrate a proactive and open mindset toward learning and adapting to new skills within the CRM ecosystem, such as Salesforce.com and Oracle CPQ.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field (Batch of 2025/2026).
Preferred Skills:
- Hands-on experience in programming languages such as Python and TypeScript.
- Good understanding of AI concepts, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Model Context Protocol (MCP), APIs, JSON, and system integration fundamentals.
- Experience working with SQL and handling real-world datasets.
- Basic exposure to the Salesforce.com platform and SaaS platforms such as AWS.
- Exposure to Salesforce, low-code/no-code platforms, or automation tools.
- Academic projects or internships involving AI/ML or data analysis.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, or other SaaS platforms.
- Basic understanding of CRM concepts and business workflows.
