Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze operational data from various cross-functional stakeholders to evaluate past business performance.
- Identify data patterns and trends, and generate actionable insights to support business planning, process improvement, and solution evaluation.
- Recommend strategic actions for future growth opportunities and suggest enhancements to existing operational policies.
- Perform exploratory, confirmatory, and qualitative data analysis to support decision-making.
- Translate data into customer and consumer behavioral insights to drive targeting and segmentation strategies, and communicate findings effectively to business partners and senior leadership.
- Continuously enhance processes and strategies by exploring and evaluating new data sources, tools, and analytical capabilities.
- Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to design, implement, monitor, and improve decision-making strategies.
- Assess risks associated with business decisions, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and organizational policies, while maintaining high ethical standards and safeguarding the organization’s reputation, clients, and assets.
Eligibility Criteria:
