Key Responsibilities:

  • Support transformation initiatives by gathering business requirements, analyzing current processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and assisting in the delivery of change outcomes.
  • Ensure that project objectives are clearly defined, accurately documented, and effectively implemented to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
  • Conduct detailed business analysis, including process mapping, gap analysis, and requirement elicitation.
  • Provide strategic support to project managers in defining project scope, objectives, and success criteria.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to validate requirements, challenge assumptions, and refine business processes.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and well-defined user stories.
  • Contribute to solution design discussions, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in testing cycles, including System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), by preparing test cases and supporting defect resolution.
  • Develop and support delivery strategies, including change adoption activities such as training materials, communication plans, and readiness assessments.
  • Prepare and maintain high-quality documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), process flows, impact assessments, and status reports.
  • Build and manage reconciliation processes using DUCO and TLM tools.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Possess strong knowledge of reconciliation processes using tools such as DUCO and TLM.
  • Demonstrate hands-on experience in working with DUCO and TLM for reconciliation activities.
  • Have a foundational understanding of transformation methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and Lean.
  • Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive meaningful insights.
  • Show familiarity with core banking processes, including operational workflows, customer onboarding, lending, payments, and compliance.
  • Maintain a basic working knowledge of risk and control frameworks within a regulated financial environment.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in business analysis tools such as Visio, JIRA, Confluence, Excel, and Power BI.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment by supporting colleagues and sharing best practices.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills when presenting findings, facilitating discussions, or resolving issues.
