Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute extensively to the analysis, design, and development of major and minor software releases.
- Collaborate with product marketing teams to evaluate, define, and implement new feature requirements.
- Act as a proactive self-starter, developing methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria to achieve desired outcomes.
- Provide technical leadership within the team and mentor engineers to support their growth and performance.
- Demonstrate deep expertise in one or more platforms, with a strong understanding of cross-platform challenges, product requirements, and customer needs.
- Contribute to the development and application of advanced technologies, concepts, and domain expertise within the team.
- Address high-level architecture and design challenges for future products and technologies.
- Provide strategic direction in evaluating and adopting new technologies within the area of expertise.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Hold a B.Tech or M.Tech degree in Computer Science and Engineering from a reputed institution.
- Possess 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in software design and development.
- Demonstrate proficiency in C, C++, or Assembly, along with knowledge of JavaScript, React, and other web technologies, and a strong foundation in data structures and algorithms.
- Have experience in application development across multiple platforms, including iOS, Windows, and macOS environments.
- Exhibit strong computer science fundamentals with a solid understanding of system architecture, design principles, and performance optimization.
- Possess a good understanding of object-oriented design concepts and the software development lifecycle.
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment.
