Key Responsibilities:
Software Design & Development:
- Design, develop, and maintain software components by understanding system workflows, data usage, and functional requirements.
- Develop and integrate applications in accordance with defined specifications and established design patterns.
- Write clean, efficient code and maintain existing applications to meet business and customer needs.
- Follow structured software development methodologies while adhering to industry standards and organizational best practices.
Project Execution & Collaboration:
- Assist Engineers and Senior Engineers in executing moderately complex tasks while independently handling routine, low-complexity assignments.
- Actively participate in project planning, sprint ceremonies, backlog grooming sessions, and technical discussions.
- Provide timely and accurate status updates on assigned tasks and deliverables.
- Collaborate with team members to refine requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver effective solutions.
Quality, Testing & Documentation:
- Perform unit testing to ensure that code meets functional and performance requirements.
- Identify and resolve basic issues through code reviews and quality inspection tools.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of clear and structured technical documentation.
- Assist in troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving routine development and production issues.
Continuous Improvement:
- Explore and learn new technologies to enhance development capabilities and propose improvements to existing systems.
- Apply secure coding practices and adhere to organizational quality and compliance standards.
- Demonstrate a proactive attitude, adaptability, and a willingness to learn from feedback and challenges.
Customer & Stakeholder Interaction:

Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree
Experience:
- Possess 2+ years of hands-on experience in software development.
- Have experience working with production-grade or internal business applications, even at a smaller scale.
Technical Skills:
- Demonstrate strong programming proficiency in C#, .NET, and SQL Server.
- Have a solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), SOLID principles, and clean code practices.
- Possess exposure to React or other modern frontend frameworks (good to have).
- Maintain a basic understanding of Microservices architecture and Azure Cloud (good to have).
- Be capable of developing backend APIs and performing database operations efficiently.
- Be familiar with version control systems such as Git, along with CI/CD practices and code review processes.
- Have the ability to interpret existing codebases and debug issues using established tools and methodologies.
Analytical & Professional Skills:
- Exhibit strong problem-solving and logical thinking abilities.
- Be able to translate low-complexity business requirements into functional code solutions.
- Demonstrate a detail-oriented approach with a quality-first mindset, including unit testing, validation, and reviews.
