Key Responsibilities:
Ensuring Customer Centricity by Providing Apt Cybersecurity:
- Ensures customer-centric cybersecurity by implementing appropriate security controls and practices.
- Monitors and safeguards log sources and manages secure access to systems and data.
- Develops and maintains disaster recovery plans to address potential security breaches.
- Continuously monitors systems for attacks, intrusions, and any unusual, unauthorized, or illegal activities.
- Performs moderately complex log reviews and forensic analysis to detect unauthorized or unacceptable access to data and systems.
- Conducts security assessments, risk analysis, and root cause analysis of security incidents.
- Manages and resolves incidents escalated by the Level 1 (L1) team while operating in a 24×7 rotational shift environment.
- Utilizes advanced analytics tools to identify emerging threat patterns and potential vulnerabilities.
- Executes all tactical security operations tasks associated with the engagement.
- Analyzes security incidents and develops appropriate remediation strategies based on findings.
- Conducts detailed incident analysis and prepares reports and dashboards for tracking and decision-making.
Stakeholder Coordination & Audit Assistance:
- Liaises with stakeholders on cybersecurity matters and provides recommendations for future risk mitigation.
- Maintains an information security risk register and supports internal and external audits related to information security.
- Assists in the creation, maintenance, and delivery of cybersecurity awareness training for employees.
- Provides guidance and advisory support to employees on handling spam, unwanted, or malicious emails.
