Key Responsibilities:
- Review, write, and edit code while conducting analysis to identify system integration requirements.
- Research, develop, and maintain technical documentation, including software design evaluation plans, test results, and technical manuals.
- Monitor and evaluate competitive applications and products by reviewing industry literature, patents, and current practices relevant to assigned projects.
- Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to ensure applications meet defined specifications and technical requirements.
- Apply engineering methodologies effectively within the area of specialization to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of engineering concepts and apply them appropriately within the designated domain.
- Utilize process design and redesign skills to improve system efficiency and performance.
- Exercise independent judgment and discretion in handling critical tasks and decision-making.
- Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance, with flexibility to work nights, weekends, variable schedules, and overtime as required.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Required Skills:
Technical Foundation:
- Demonstrates strong programming proficiency in C and C++.
- Possesses a basic understanding of embedded systems, Linux internals, and hardware–software interaction.
- Has knowledge of video codecs such as H.264, H.265/HEVC, VP9, and AV1, along with video processing fundamentals.
- Shows exposure to multimedia frameworks, including GStreamer or FFmpeg.
- Is familiar with the Linux command line, log debugging, and shell scripting.
Tools & Technologies:
- Has experience working with version control systems such as Git or similar tools.
- Possesses basic exposure to hardware debugging concepts, including UART logs and an understanding of JTAG/SWD (optional).
- Demonstrates willingness to learn and work with tools such as GDB, Valgrind, Perf, and Wireshark.
