Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service in every interaction with bank employees while handling general HR-related requests.
  • Guide and educate employees on the various ways to interact with HR and help them choose the most appropriate service options based on their needs.
  • Use effective questioning techniques to gather relevant information and deliver accurate and fair solutions in line with the bank’s policies and processes.
  • Identify the root causes of issues and resolve them efficiently to ensure effective problem resolution.
  • Stay updated on changes in HR policies, processes, and procedures to provide accurate guidance and support.
  • Manage personal workload effectively while adapting to the evolving requirements of the HR team.
  • Utilize HR systems to accurately record, update, and maintain employee and customer records.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Demonstrate a strong background in delivering excellent customer service with the ability to tailor communication styles to effectively interact with a diverse range of customers.
  • Show the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while taking initiative independently and collaborating effectively as part of a team.
  • Possess at least one year of relevant professional experience in a similar role or environment.
  • Exhibit proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel, along with strong overall computer skills.
  • Demonstrate the ability to prioritize tasks effectively to ensure high-quality work is delivered within defined deadlines.
  • Show experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams across India and the UK, supported by strong communication and candidate interaction skills.
  • Possess knowledge of background verification processes and experience coordinating with external suppliers or service providers.
  • Apply strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
