Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial analysis and insights that support strategic decision-making and business growth.
- Manage the monthly financial closing process for approximately 20–30 projects, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in reporting.
- Develop and maintain project forecasts to support effective financial planning and performance tracking.
- Analyze program gross profits (GPs) to evaluate financial performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare and present monthly program reviews, highlighting key financial metrics, trends, and insights.
- Work closely with the FSP Operations Finance team to support financial operations and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Engage with senior leadership by providing financial insights and analysis that support informed business decisions.
- Contribute to the organization’s mission by supporting financial processes that enable customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; prior corporate financial analysis experience is not mandatory.
- Possess professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CIMA, which will be considered an added advantage.
- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for financial analysis, reporting, and presentations.
- Have experience working with financial systems such as Hyperion, SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP platforms.
- Exhibit strong analytical and quantitative skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively within a matrixed work environment.
- Show the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and meeting strict deadlines.
- Possess experience in financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis to support financial planning activities.
- Demonstrate knowledge of financial statements and core accounting principles.
- Exhibit strong problem-solving abilities along with a mindset focused on process improvement.
- Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills.
- Possess business-level fluency in English; additional language proficiency may be required depending on location.
- Demonstrate the ability to manage and analyze large datasets effectively.
- Have familiarity with Power BI or similar business intelligence tools, which is considered an advantage.
