Key Responsibilities:
- Apply subject matter expertise in Google’s AI-driven advertising products, particularly Performance Max, by understanding complex functionalities to effectively provide guidance and troubleshoot issues.
- Develop and implement automation tools for diagnostics and debugging to streamline support processes and improve efficiency, resulting in faster issue resolution.
- Deliver high-quality customer service throughout the customer lifecycle by troubleshooting and resolving issues for Google advertisers, Sales teams, agencies, and partners.
- Analyze data and operational insights to identify root causes of issues and develop action plans, focusing on knowledge management, operational improvements, account reviews, and product adoption.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams to continuously improve the client journey, resolve complex issues, and better understand customer pain points.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or possess equivalent practical experience.
- Demonstrate experience working with data, SQL, and web technologies to support technical analysis and problem-solving.
- Show flexibility and willingness to work non-standard working hours in alignment with customer requirements.
Preferred Skills:
- Possess experience in business analysis, including conducting analytics, developing dashboards, and providing data-driven recommendations.
- Have experience working in technical product support, cloud support, quality engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) environments.
- Demonstrate familiarity with Google Ads or other online advertising platforms and an understanding of the media and technology landscape.
- Possess experience in technical troubleshooting or customer support within a technology organization, including customer-facing experience translating technical concepts and solutions to non-technical and executive audiences.
- Demonstrate the ability to analyze and resolve issues while developing tactical, customer-focused solutions.
- Exhibit a strong customer-first and empathetic mindset, with the ability to take ownership of end-to-end customer experiences and solutions.
