Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain robust data infrastructure to support analytics initiatives for the People Experience (PX) organization.
- Architect and implement scalable ETL pipelines to efficiently process and integrate data from multiple HR systems.
- Build and optimize data models to ensure efficient data storage, retrieval, and analysis.
- Ensure high standards of data quality, integrity, and consistency across various people data sources.
- Transform raw workforce data into reliable, analytics-ready datasets to support strategic workforce planning and decision-making.
- Collaborate with the People Analytics and IT teams to deliver scalable data solutions that enhance organizational insights and reporting.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or possess equivalent practical experience.
- Bring 5+ years of professional experience in data engineering roles.
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation, processing, and analysis.
- Possess at least 2+ years of hands-on experience using Apache Airflow for workflow orchestration and pipeline management.
- Possess at least 2+ years of hands-on experience with dbt (Data Build Tool) for data transformation and modeling.
- Demonstrate expertise in AWS data services and cloud-based data infrastructure.
- Have experience working with Workday or similar HR systems, which is considered an advantage.
- Possess knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI, which is considered an advantage.
