Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Managed Services Client Service Desk team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Perform entry-level administrative tasks as assigned by the team or management.
- Ensure the correct escalation procedures are followed for all critical calls and service requests.
- Receive, validate, and log client requests while accurately capturing all relevant request details.
- Assist in analyzing and interpreting escalation requests to ensure proper categorization and prioritization.
- Maintain and organize all relevant documentation related to service tickets and requests, including client information.
- Support the team by performing additional related tasks and responsibilities as required.
Eligibility Criteria:
- High school certification, diploma, or an equivalent qualification is required.
Required Skills:
- Demonstrates a proactive and ambitious mindset with the ability to work independently under general supervision.
- Applies sound judgment to appropriately escalate issues to higher support levels when required.
- Follows a structured and methodical approach to ticket analysis and resolution.
- Effectively interacts and communicates with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Maintains a high level of integrity to ensure excellent client service and support client retention.
- Exhibits strong attention to detail while maintaining a client-focused approach to problem resolution.
- Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills for effective coordination and documentation.
- Demonstrates flexibility to work in a 24×7 shift environment based on a defined roster schedule.
Required Experience:
- Possesses basic to moderate professional experience.
- Has basic to moderate experience within the technology industry and/or a call center environment.
