Accountabilities:
- Investigate and analyze data issues related to data quality, lineage, controls, and identification of authoritative data sources.
- Execute data cleansing and transformation activities to prepare datasets for analysis and reporting.
- Design and build data pipelines to automate data movement, integration, and processing across systems.
- Develop and apply advanced analytical techniques, including machine learning and artificial intelligence, to address complex business challenges.
- Document data quality findings and provide recommendations to improve data accuracy, consistency, and governance.
Analyst Expectations:

Eligibility Criteria:
- Demonstrate hands-on experience working with modern data analytics platforms and reporting data warehouses.
- Possess a strong understanding of data warehousing principles, along with practical knowledge of scalable data ingestion techniques using secure data pipelines.
- Exhibit the ability to perform both business and data analysis while collaborating effectively with technology teams, developers, and business stakeholders.
- Have working experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or other Agile frameworks.
- Demonstrate experience using Python for data analysis and data profiling activities.
- Possess the ability to translate business requirements into clear and actionable technical user stories.
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Show a proactive approach to work, with the ability to collaborate effectively as a team player and maintain a positive, solution-oriented attitude.
Preferred Skills:
- Possess knowledge of domains such as Retail Banking, Investment Banking, or Correspondent Banking, particularly in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and transaction monitoring processes.
- Demonstrate knowledge of data modeling techniques, with exposure to data modeling tools considered an advantage.
- Have familiarity with data control techniques and data governance practices.
- Demonstrate proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar technologies.
- Hold certifications in platforms or technologies such as AWS, Databricks Lakehouse, or DBT Fundamentals, which would be considered an added advantage.
