Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to one or two engineering projects over a period of 2–3 months in a discipline aligned with your area of expertise.
- Continuously enhance your technical knowledge in your chosen field while expanding your capabilities into new skill areas.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and diverse teams to develop innovative technologies for GE Aerospace.
- Gain technical guidance, mentorship, and coaching from experienced and industry-leading technologists.
- Present project progress internally and externally through structured presentations, detailed written reports, and intellectual property (IP) disclosures.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Currently pursuing an M.Tech degree.
- Pursuing a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering.
- Possess strong fundamental knowledge, domain expertise, and analytical skills.
- Demonstrate an execution-focused mindset, being self-driven with a strong sense of urgency.
- Exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a global team environment.
Preferred Skill:
- Demonstrated expertise in structural mechanics, Finite Element Method (FEM), and mechanical design.
- Display humility by being respectful, receptive to feedback, adaptable, and eager to learn.
- Maintain transparency by sharing critical information openly, communicating with candor, and contributing constructively.
- Show strong focus by learning quickly, prioritizing tasks strategically, and remaining committed to deliverables.
