Key Responsibilities:

  • Support HQMS document control activities, including document creation, coordination of reviews, version control, archival, and controlled distribution of Level 1–3 documents.
  • Ensure that all documentation complies with established quality standards, internal procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain the accuracy, completeness, and traceability of records within the document management system.
  • Monitor document lifecycle activities and proactively follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely reviews, approvals, and updates.
  • Support audit readiness efforts by organizing, retrieving, and validating controlled documents and records as required.
  • Assist in implementing standardized processes and driving continuous improvement initiatives within the HQMS framework.
  • Identify documentation gaps, inconsistencies, or process deviations and escalate issues appropriately to relevant stakeholders.
  • Provide guidance and support to stakeholders regarding documentation standards, templates, and approval workflows.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of document metadata and adherence to compliance requirements.
  • Support and facilitate both internal and external audit activities.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree

Skills:

  • Proficient in preparing and analyzing Excel reports.
  • Strong problem-solving and management process improvement skills.
  • Good understanding of operational processes and risk management practices.
  • Ensures adherence to organizational standards and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
