Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, analyze, validate, and prepare data templates to ensure they are accurate and ready for system upload.
- Reconcile and compare reports to identify discrepancies between different data sources, and resolve variances using reporting and data comparison tools.
- Create and maintain comprehensive reports, including variance analysis reports, to provide insights into data trends, discrepancies, and reconciliation outcomes.
- Develop customized reports for corporate clients using advanced Excel functions and semi-automated tools.
- Investigate and address errors or issues arising during the reconciliation process, and implement first-level corrective actions as required.
- Perform functional, user acceptance, and performance testing to ensure data accuracy and integrity within the system.
- Document reconciliation and reporting processes, including issues encountered and the corresponding resolutions.
- Communicate reconciliation findings and results to stakeholders, providing clear explanations and actionable recommendations.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
- Demonstrate proven experience in data reconciliation and report generation.
- Exhibit strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Possess advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, along with hands-on experience in reporting and data analysis.
- Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Exhibit strong communication and documentation skills, with the ability to clearly present findings and processes.
- Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively while meeting deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
- Possess proficiency in Python or Alteryx for scripting and automation tasks.
- Demonstrate proficiency in SQL and experience working with database management systems.
