Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for all IT-related queries received via phone, email, chat, or ticketing systems.
  • Provide Level 1 (L1) troubleshooting support for hardware, software, network, email, VPN, and application-related issues.
  • Perform password resets, account unlocks, and provide user access support as required.
  • Log, monitor, and track incidents in the ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution in accordance with defined SLAs.
  • Escalate unresolved or complex issues to Level 2 (L2) or Level 3 (L3) support teams when necessary.
  • Document resolutions accurately and maintain updates to the knowledge base for future reference.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service by communicating solutions and updates clearly and professionally.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Hold a B.Sc. in Computer Science, BCA, or B.Tech degree, with a passing year of 2023, 2024, or 2025.
  • Have secured a minimum of 60% aggregate marks throughout academics (10th, 12th, and Undergraduate studies).
  • Must not have any active backlogs at the time of application.
  • Demonstrate strong academic performance and a willingness to learn.

Required Skills:

  • Possess a good understanding of computer fundamentals, operating systems, networking basics, and MS Office applications.
  • Demonstrate basic knowledge of Windows troubleshooting, system configuration, and commonly used IT tools.
  • Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Display good analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
  • Show willingness to work in 24/7 rotational shifts as per business requirements.

Preferred Skill:

  • Proficiency in English communication.
  • Knowledge of Help Desk and IT Services operations.
  • Understanding of Incident Management processes.
