Key Responsibilities:
- Understand high-level client requirements, decompose them into detailed tasks, and collaborate with the team to define effective solutions while providing recommendations based on qualitative and quantitative analysis.
- Contribute to and manage backend PMO activities, including timesheet management, invoice oversight, subcontractor and roster management, laptop/resource allocation, expense tracking, EDSP, and other compliance requirements, ensuring proper project documentation, governance, and compliance tracking.
- Develop and maintain advanced reports and dashboards using MS Excel, with strong exposure to MIS reporting and analytical practices.
- Perform internal data analysis and quality checks, interpret results accurately, and communicate key insights to business stakeholders.
- Support process automation initiatives using VBA and Macros, and perform data modeling and transformation using Power Pivot and Power Query.
- Accurately transcribe and present collected information in client-ready formats within defined timelines.
- Design and implement technology best practices, standardized guidelines, and repeatable processes to enhance reporting and automation efficiency.
- Work independently with minimal to moderate supervision while consistently meeting deadlines and maintaining high accuracy in deliverables.
Eligibility Criteria:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business, IT, Analytics, or a related field is required.
- A minimum of one year of experience in data analysis, MIS reporting and analysis, or backend PMO activities is required.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to interpret data from multiple sources and deliver actionable insights are essential.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including Power Pivot, Power Query, formulas, and macros, along with solid knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook), is required.
- Working knowledge of Power BI for dashboard creation and VBA for process automation is expected.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at various levels and present clear, data-driven recommendations are necessary.
- The ability to anticipate potential issues, troubleshoot problems, and proactively develop effective solutions is essential.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Power Platform tools, including PowerApps and Power Automate, for process automation would be an added advantage.
