Key Responsibilities:
- Work on live digital technology projects within GE Aerospace, collaborating with cross-functional teams and technical experts across multiple locations.
- Contribute to key initiatives in areas such as project management, product management, digital transformation, data analytics, data visualization, and IT operations.
- Apply strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills to support business objectives and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Collaborate effectively in a global, matrixed environment by engaging with stakeholders across functions, including engineering, supply chain, commercial, and service teams.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Currently enrolled in a full-time MBA program.
- Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, IT Security, Informatics, Information Science/Technology, Software Engineering, Security and Risk Analysis, or other relevant STEM disciplines (preferred).
- Maintains a minimum cumulative CGPA of 7.0/10.0 or an equivalent academic score.
- Expected to graduate by May or June 2027.
- Demonstrates geographic mobility and flexibility to relocate as required for internship assignment locations based on business needs.
Preferred Skill:
- Possesses excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including structuring complex problems, analyzing data, and deriving meaningful insights.
- Shows proven leadership experience within academic or extracurricular settings, taking initiative and ownership of outcomes.
- Exhibits a strong interest in pursuing a career in digital technology, product management, or techno-functional roles.
- Demonstrates a passion for continuous learning and staying updated with emerging technology trends, digital tools, analytics, and IT or software industry practices.
- Maintains a strong customer-centric approach with the ability to understand and contribute to a compelling value proposition for internal and external stakeholders.
