Accountabilities:
- Identify and analyse business problems and client requirements that necessitate organisational change.
- Develop detailed business requirements to address identified business problems and opportunities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure proposed solutions align with their needs and expectations.
- Support the preparation of business cases to justify investment in proposed solutions.
- Conduct feasibility studies to assess the viability of recommended solutions.
- Assist in preparing project progress reports to ensure solutions are delivered on time and within budget.
- Design operational and process frameworks to ensure solutions are implemented within the agreed scope.
- Support change management initiatives, including the development of traceability matrices to ensure successful implementation and adoption of solutions.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Demonstrate experience in translating business and operational needs into clear, concise requirements using appropriate analysis and design techniques.
- Possess experience working across the full project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, with strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Have a solid understanding of the payments industry and related payment technologies.
- Apply effective questioning and analytical techniques to identify, analyse, and address underlying business requirements.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of risk management principles, control environments, and organisational policy frameworks.
- Possess good knowledge of Agile frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban.
- Demonstrate hands-on experience with delivery and workflow management tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Exhibit strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including advanced Excel (formulas, VLOOKUP, macros), Word, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Skills:
- Possess formal training or certification in business analysis and change management, such as BCS Business Analysis Diploma or Agile certifications.
- Demonstrate understanding of data integration concepts, including APIs and data transfer mechanisms.
- Have familiarity with cloud-based applications and platforms.
- Possess experience working within the financial services industry.
