Key Responsibilities:
Design and Develop Solutions as per Client Specifications:
- Design and develop engineering solutions in accordance with client specifications, project plans, and technical requirements.
- Utilize software tools such as CAD and CAE to create accurate models aligned with customer and project objectives.
- Test prototypes and software-generated designs by validating boundary conditions, including impact analysis, stress analysis, and performance parameters.
- Define technical specifications and determine operational feasibility by integrating software components into fully functional systems.
- Develop prototypes based on engineering drawings and prepare corresponding CAD models.
- Conduct Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) for new client requirements to identify potential risks and mitigation strategies.
- Provide optimized engineering solutions by running simulations in virtual environments and analyzing performance outcomes.
- Ensure software tools and systems are updated with the latest features to maintain cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
- Enhance applications and solutions by identifying improvement opportunities and implementing optimized system designs.
- Adhere to industry-standard operating procedures and client-specific guidelines while modeling and developing solutions.
Provide Customer Support and Problem Resolution:
- Resolve defects and issues reported by clients or integration teams by performing timely defect analysis and resolution.
- Develop and execute software verification plans and quality assurance procedures to ensure solution reliability.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems to maintain optimal performance, efficiency, and minimal latency.
- Deploy developed solutions and evaluate user feedback to ensure effective resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with project plans, timelines, and applicable industry standards during all support activities.
Ensure Reporting and Documentation for Clients:
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly status reports to clients, highlighting project progress and key updates.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and create a centralized repository for design changes, recommendations, and technical records.
- Accurately record and maintain timesheets in accordance with client and project requirements.
- Provide detailed written documentation for knowledge transfer and maintain a complete project history for future reference.
