Key Responsibilities:
- Work as part of a cross-functional Scrum team responsible for developing, testing, and supporting the product, collaborating closely with other R&D functions.
- Execute manual test cases and design, develop, and maintain automated test suites for regression testing and validation of new features.
- Test user interface components, validate data stored in databases, and automate deployment processes and test data generation.
- Actively participate in new feature development by providing functional and quality-related inputs to Product Owners and Developers to ensure correct system behavior.
- Install, configure, and maintain testing environments using the latest software deliveries for effective testing.
- Support customers and internal support teams by analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving product-related issues.
- Collaborate and interface with multiple R&D, support, and services teams to ensure seamless product quality and issue resolution.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Design, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks, harnesses, and reusable code libraries to support scalability across multiple projects.
- Design and implement automation solutions and utilities aligned with project requirements.
- Strong expertise in test automation tools, including Selenium WebDriver and related frameworks.
- Hands-on experience in API automation using tools such as RestAssured, Karate, and JMeter.
- Ability to set up, configure, and manage test infrastructure and environments.
- Exposure to using AI-based tools and techniques for testing and test automation.
- Capability to monitor the effectiveness of the QA function and drive continuous improvements through insights gained across all phases of the SDLC and STLC.
- Proficiency in scripting and programming languages such as Java, Python, SQL, and Shell scripting.
- Hands-on experience with version control and code management tools such as Git.
- Strong understanding of SQL with the ability to write complex database queries.
- Working knowledge of database technologies, database management systems, and cloud-based platforms and services.
- In-depth understanding of software testing concepts, methodologies, and test project management practices.
- Strong consulting, communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in performance and load testing.
- Exposure to AWS cloud services and environments.
- Strong knowledge of effort estimation, scheduling, and scope definition.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to understand and work with complex data structures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong proficiency in English.
