Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy functionality aligned with items in the product backlog.
- Estimate and determine the effort and size of user stories during planning activities.
- Develop and execute automated unit tests, integration tests, and test scripts in line with user story acceptance criteria.
- Complete and maintain required technical and process documentation as needed or directed.
- Collaborate closely with team members to ensure delivered features meet defined business requirements and quality standards.
- Work in partnership with infrastructure, security, and other stakeholders to address and resolve system integration needs.
- Communicate development progress, risks, and updates to stakeholders through Scrum ceremonies and related forums.
- Take ownership of process and system break-fix support, and contribute to the implementation of complex and critical system enhancements.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Over five years of experience in full-stack development using technologies such as Java/J2EE, Node.js, Microservices architecture, and React.js.
- At least three years of hands-on experience with cloud technologies, particularly AWS services including Lambda functions and API Gateway.
- Strong knowledge of engineering best practices such as Test-Driven Development (TDD), DevOps principles, software automation, and CI/CD pipelines, with over five years of experience.
- Minimum three years of experience working with security frameworks, including authentication and authorization mechanisms.
- At least three years of experience in performance tuning, optimization, and scaling of applications.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and build productive working relationships.
- Demonstrates strong teamwork and influencing skills to drive best practices and continuous improvement within the team.
