Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation of applications across multiple product domains, including Commercial Technology, Safety, Patient, and QARA platforms.
- Provide application support services by identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving issues in a timely manner to minimize operational impact.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Participate in application testing and validation activities to ensure solutions meet defined quality standards and user expectations.
- Create and maintain documentation for processes, procedures, and best practices related to application implementation and support.
- Monitor application performance and analyze trends to recommend enhancements and improvements.
- Actively engage in continuous learning and professional development to remain current with industry trends, tools, and technologies.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Basic understanding of application implementation and support processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with Commercial Technology, Safety, Patient, and QARA product offerings.
- Experience in application testing and validation activities.
- Programming knowledge with an understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies, considered an added advantage.
