Key Responsibilities:
- Work with large and complex datasets to analyze business problems and apply advanced analytical techniques as required.
- Monitor, track, and forecast key business metrics on a regular basis.
- Conduct periodic planning, performance reviews, and evaluations of key performance indicators to support informed decision-making and effective change management.
- Identify and define appropriate metrics to measure progress against specific business objectives.
- Design, execute, and evaluate experiments to validate business hypotheses and drive data-driven decisions.
- Accelerate root cause analysis and insight generation for recurring use cases through automation and self-service analytics platforms.
- Develop clear and compelling narratives that translate analytical insights into actionable business strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative discipline.
- Minimum of one year of hands-on experience in core analytics or a related analytical role.
- Prior experience in analytics, data science, or a closely related field.
- Strong hands-on experience with data manipulation and analysis tools such as SQL, R, Python, and Microsoft Excel.
- Exposure to business intelligence platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
- Working knowledge of fundamental statistical concepts, including measures of central tendency, dispersion, data distribution, and significance testing.
- Basic understanding of machine learning techniques, including regression and classification methods.
