Key Responsibilities:
- Collate, analyze, extract, and accurately enter high-quality financial and non-financial data into designated work tools in accordance with defined guidelines for the assigned vertical.
- Develop a strong understanding of the dataset, associated workflows, and operational processes, and demonstrate proficient use of relevant work tools.
- Provide inputs and suggestions for improving data collection methods and enhancing products related to the dataset.
- Consistently achieve predefined individual and team targets while delivering outcomes with a high level of quality and excellence.
- Build and maintain technical expertise within the department to support data quality and process efficiency.
- Troubleshoot data, system, or process-related issues and support the team in improving workflows and operational processes.
- Review feedback related to transactional content to correct errors and establish or refine procedures that enhance data accuracy and reliability.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Fresh graduates with a B.Com, BBA, Postgraduate degree, or MBA with Finance as a major specialization and a strong academic track record (passing years: 2024, 2025, or 2026 for PG; 2024 or 2025 for UG).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Working knowledge of corporate finance and accountancy, including financial statements and annual reports.
- Proficiency in using secondary research sources for data and information gathering.
- Willingness to work in a 24×5 environment with rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Certification, knowledge, or hands-on experience in MS Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and interpretive skills.
- Ability to conduct efficient and structured thematic online research.
