Role Responsibilities:
- Collect, process, and manage large volumes of data to support both batch and real-time data processing requirements.
- Design and maintain scalable data pipelines for efficient data ingestion, storage, and transformation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify critical data requirements and select appropriate data management and storage solutions.
- Analyze, integrate, and resolve challenges related to complex, unstructured, and heterogeneous data sources.
- Implement, validate, and maintain predictive and statistical models using big data technologies and a range of statistical and machine learning techniques.
- Develop, deploy, and support enterprise search solutions such as Elasticsearch and Splunk to meet client and business requirements.
- Ensure data quality, reliability, and performance across data platforms and analytics systems.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s Degree
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Develop Proofs of Concept (POCs) to validate and demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of proposed AI solutions.
- Demonstrate the capability of Generative AI code assistants to refactor, rewrite, and document code across different programming languages.
- Document solution architectures, design decisions, implementation approaches, and key learnings.
- Stay current with the latest advancements in artificial intelligence, foundation models, and large language models (LLMs).
- Evaluate emerging technologies, tools, and frameworks to assess their potential impact on solution design and implementation.
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
- Experience or working knowledge of COBOL and Java is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with code generation, code matching, and code translation using LLM-based capabilities is a strong advantage.
- Demonstrate a growth mindset with the ability to understand client business processes, challenges, and requirements.
