Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze complex business requirements across multiple business units and validate and document system needs to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to support successful outcomes.
- Translate complex architectural strategies and governance requirements into actionable tool requirements and well-defined user stories.
- Define and maintain core architectural metadata, standards, and acceptance criteria, and lead testing activities for new features, integrations, and configuration changes within the Enterprise Architecture (EA) tool.
- Collaborate with enterprise architects, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver EA solutions aligned with business strategy, including the creation of key reports and dashboards for leadership.
- Support EA tool users by gathering feedback, prioritizing enhancements, and developing process documentation and training materials to ensure systems remain aligned with business goals.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Relevant business analyst certification such as BAX, CPRE, or CBAP, along with strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and confidently present data-driven insights to senior leaders.
- Hands-on experience with major Enterprise Architecture (EA) repository tools such as Ardoq, LeanIX, or Planview Enterprise Architecture.
- In-depth knowledge of key IT disciplines, including Application Portfolio Management (APM), Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM), and IT Service Management (ITSM).
- Experience working with EA frameworks such as TOGAF and modeling standards including ArchiMate and Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to move beyond surface-level requirements, assess strategic impact, and define quality standards and metrics for architectural data.
