Key Responsibilities:
- Focus on all stages of the Service Integration and Service Management lifecycle and their associated processes.
- Serve as a recognized subject matter expert in one or more lifecycle stages or processes.
- Demonstrate expertise in related areas such as governance, industry standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Provide subject matter expertise in one or more areas of Service Integration, undertake consulting assignments, and participate in governance reviews, service audits, benchmarking, and trend analysis.
- Support sales teams in pre-qualification and due diligence activities.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships and deliver specific processes that support the overall engagement.
