Key Responsibilities:
- Quickly understand new business units, departments, and processes.
- Gain familiarity with table structures and data elements in a short time.
- Query data warehouses using SQL, HQL, and other relevant query languages.
- Analyze queried data to identify trends, patterns, and outliers.
- Develop logic to systematically flag data outliers and exceptions.
- Design and create reports that present outliers and exceptions in a clear and user-friendly format.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Proficient in SQL, HQL, BigQuery, and other programming languages.
- Possess strong quantitative, data visualization, and reporting skills.
- Able to quickly learn and analyze new datasets, processes, and performance metrics.
- Entrepreneurial, resourceful, and innovative, with the ability to identify creative solutions to existing challenges.
- Exhibit strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for initiating and implementing change.
- Demonstrate effective decision-making abilities.
- Display thought leadership and the capability to develop and execute successful strategies.
- Able to remain composed and perform efficiently under pressure or when managing multiple and shifting priorities.
