Key Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and communication.
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements, hiring priorities, and team needs.
- Conduct initial candidate assessments and ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and assist in generating recruitment reports.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives, campus hiring programs, and other talent acquisition projects.
- Work closely with global Talent Acquisition (TA) teams across APAC, US, and EMEA regions to support cross-regional recruitment initiatives.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Marketing, or a related field, preferably from a Tier I institution.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with keen attention to detail.
- Eagerness to learn and gain hands-on experience in recruitment operations and HR practices within a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, well-organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Prior internship experience in HR, recruitment, or employer branding will be considered an advantage.
