Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of basic tax concepts and continuously enhance tax knowledge through client engagements and updates on current tax developments.
- Prepare tax returns and other required informational forms accurately and in compliance with applicable regulations.
- Deliver high-quality work within established timelines and quality standards.
- Conduct tax research and apply relevant tax theories and positions to address specific client requirements.
- Develop client service and engagement management skills through regular interaction and collaboration.
- Assist senior team members with special projects and ad-hoc assignments as needed.
- Exercise independent judgment and discretion while preparing and reviewing tax returns.
- Contribute to creating a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Collaborate with diverse engagement teams across multiple sectors and geographies.
- Proactively seek real-time feedback from teams and take appropriate actions for improvement.
- Manage multiple projects within the tax segment and undergo cross-training to enhance versatility.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of work operations.
- Identify issues and exceptions accurately and communicate them promptly to the local engagement team.
- Ensure full compliance with the firm’s policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce (B.Com/M.Com) or MBA in Finance.
- Minimum of 60% marks in the current degree with no active backlogs.

- Possess a fundamental understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
- Exhibit strong analytical and critical thinking abilities for problem-solving and decision-making.
