Key Responsibilities:
- Procure comprehensive information on the data tracked by the respective department.
- Assist in resolving client queries related to information verification through company contacts and support audits on departmental datasets to minimize errors.
- Work within defined parameters and with limited supervision to maintain quality and performance in line with established standards.
- Stay updated on content sets and build industry knowledge by keeping track of industry trends and reporting standards.
- Provide input and suggestions for new data collection methods and product enhancements related to the covered content sets.
- Support leadership in managing workflow queues and reviewing team production.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide necessary support to the team.
- Build and maintain relationships with external contacts to actively track information on the covered content sets.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field (B.Com, BBA, M.Com, MBA).
- Advanced proficiency in English communication (both verbal and written) is mandatory.
- Basic understanding of the Private Market domain.
- Certification, knowledge, or experience in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
