Key Responsibilities:
- Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code and designs that are easy for others to understand and follow.
- Ensure all deliverables meet the highest technical and functional standards.
- Address and resolve in-sprint defects with high-quality solutions and take ownership of production issues post-release.
- Collaborate with Project Managers (PMs), Architects, and Business Analysts (BAs) to manage and deliver both technical and functional requirements.
- Work closely with DevOps and other cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Conduct regular code reviews, enforce coding best practices, and ensure effective source control and delivery processes.
Eligibility Criteria:
- 10+2/PUC mandatory (No Diploma).
- B.E./B.Tech./M.Tech students from Computer Science and related branches (CSE, IT, Software Engineering, Information Science, AI/ML, Data Science, Cyber Security, Cloud, IoT, etc.).
- Strong Engineering or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or Information Technology (graduation/post-graduation year 2026) from a reputable university with a minimum of 60% aggregate.
- 0–1 year of hands-on experience with a solid foundation in programming languages such as Python or Java.
- Strong aptitude with a proactive, problem-solving attitude and the ability to tackle challenges effectively.
- Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and their practical applications.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and master emerging technologies.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude with a passion for web technologies and a strong drive for continuous self-improvement.
