Key Responsibilities:
- Process all payroll-related changes, including new hires, status updates, and terminations.
- Manage payroll providers to ensure employees are paid accurately and on time.
- Handle wage assignments such as child support orders, tax levies, and other deductions.
- Maintain and organize payroll files and records.
- Deliver excellent customer service by responding promptly to payroll-related telephone and email inquiries.
- Provide payroll-related journal entry details during each month-end close.
- Reconcile payroll-related general ledger accounts as part of the month-end close process.
- Assist with auditor requests and provide necessary payroll documentation.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Proven experience in processing payroll.
- Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience working with enterprise payroll systems (ADP preferred).
- High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail.
- Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage and maintain sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Payroll accounting experience is an advantage.
- International payroll experience is a plus.
