Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories.
- Evaluate existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement through data analysis and process modeling.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to clarify project goals and communicate key findings.
- Work closely with product owners, developers, and QA teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives.
- Prepare comprehensive documentation, including business requirements documents (BRDs), process flows, and wireframes.
- Support project planning, testing, and implementation activities to ensure successful delivery.
- Monitor, track, and report project progress, issues, and risks to relevant stakeholders.
- Contribute to change management efforts and assist with user training initiatives.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing non-production environments.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud (GCP).
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, PowerShell, or Python.
- Experience with containerization technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes, is an advantage.
