Accountabilities:
- Execute small-scale research projects and conduct research to support strategic decision-making for the Global Markets division.
- Prepare presentations and reports to effectively communicate research findings to key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with senior management to implement research insights and recommendations within global markets operations.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to support and drive business initiatives.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance professional skills and domain knowledge.
- Identify new opportunities, develop business cases, and manage the deployment and launch of new products and services for the Global Markets division.
- Manage client relationships and provide high-quality customer service support under decreasing levels of supervision, including responding to product/service inquiries and processing transactions.
- Oversee the development and implementation of financial models and strategic frameworks to support data-driven decision-making.
- Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to junior colleagues to support their professional development.
