Key Responsibilities:
- Work as part of cross-functional, passionate Agile development teams to ensure that quality is embedded throughout the development process, from requirements definition through to delivery of highly concurrent systems.
- Demonstrate high motivation and be a self-starter in all aspects of work.
- Plan, develop, test, debug, and refactor new and existing functionality.
- Analyze user requirements and translate them into clean, efficient code.
- Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot both front-end and back-end components.
- Proactively identify problems and contribute to system architecture definition, hardware and software specifications, and design.
- Collaborate within a team using Agile methodologies.
- Work with experienced team members to conduct root cause analysis of issues, review new and existing code, and perform unit testing.
- Serve as an integral member of the software development team.
- Develop highly scalable and high-performance applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including subject matter experts, to deliver high-quality products.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technological advancements in the industry.
- Stay current with emerging software development trends and best practices.
- Demonstrate the ability to learn quickly and apply new knowledge effectively.
- Contribute strong interpersonal and technical skills to all project engagements.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, or MCA, or a related field.
- Strong practical experience in building, breaking, and rebuilding applications, with exposure to open-source code to understand how real-world software is developed and delivered.
- Solid foundation in Object-Oriented Programming principles, data structures, algorithms, and SQL.
- Hands-on experience with one or more of the following: .NET/C#, JavaScript and related frameworks, HTML/CSS, and relational databases.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work five days a week from the office.
- Willingness to join calls during late office hours to overlap with the US team.
Preferred Skills:
- Prior relevant experience in software development.
