Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct independent oversight of enterprise-wide models, with a focus on machine learning models for NLP/NLU, marketing, credit, fraud, and other business or risk areas.
- Perform gap assessments and establish a robust framework to strengthen model risk controls and meet heightened regulatory standards.
- Conduct AI/ML research to identify opportunities to enhance model excellence and drive meaningful business impact.
- Communicate results and insights effectively to partners, senior leadership, and various model governance committees.

Eligibility Criteria:
- MBA or Master’s degree in Machine Learning, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field from a top-tier institution.
- 0–3 years of experience in analytics, modeling, data science, model risk management, or related fields.
Functional Skills/Capabilities:
- Hands-on experience in model development or validation.
- Strong analytical, relationship management, and project management skills to drive validation initiatives.
- Experience applying advanced statistical or quantitative techniques to solve business problems is preferred.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Willingness to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive validation and execute projects.
- Ability to communicate complex analytical results clearly to business partners and senior management.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work under tight deadlines and changing priorities.
Technical Skills/Capabilities:
- Proficiency with at least one data manipulation tool such as Python, R, or Java.
- Experience with Generative AI, Machine Learning, or Artificial Intelligence techniques.
- Strong coding skills with knowledge of supervised and unsupervised learning techniques, including active learning, transfer learning, neural networks, decision trees, reinforcement learning, graphical models, Gaussian processes, Bayesian models, MapReduce techniques, random forests, gradient boosting, deep learning, and text mining algorithms.
