Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general corporate advisory services, including drafting and reviewing commercial agreements such as vendor contracts, employment agreements, lease deeds, warrant agreements, and assignment agreements.
- Advise on legal and compliance matters related to corporate and commercial laws, labour laws, statutory approvals, and regulatory filings.
- Issue legal opinions and prepare memorandums on various matters pertaining to commercial and corporate laws across different sectors.
- Collaborate as part of a team on mergers and acquisitions as well as private equity transactions.
- Work as part of a team to conduct legal due diligence and handle various sections of the due diligence process.
- Draft and review transaction documents, including share purchase agreements, share subscription agreements, shareholders’ agreements, joint venture agreements, escrow agreements, and term sheets.
- Maintain strong knowledge of legal issues and stay updated on developments in applicable laws.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or an MBA.
