Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret CAD files and floor plans accurately.
- Create, digitize, and categorize indoor mapping features to develop high-quality, fully functional indoor maps using GIS tools and techniques.
- Maintain and update indoor maps regularly to ensure accuracy and usability for end users.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, QGIS, or ArcGIS.
- Ability to read and handle CAD files and floor plans effectively.
- Proficient in reading, interpreting, and managing content.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Sound judgment and decision-making abilities.
- Quick learning ability with strong grasping power.
- Skilled in generating structured problem-solution reports.
- Proficient in verbal communication and composing professional emails.
- Consistently deliver work on time, meeting productivity targets and service level agreements (SLAs) with high-quality standards.
- Actively communicate and participate in project discussions and forums.
- Optimize existing processes and provide constructive feedback on tools and workflows.
- Interpret customer feedback, monitor satisfaction levels, and contribute to initiatives that improve customer experience.
