Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze client Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and apply advanced subject matter expertise to address complex business challenges.
- Serve as a recognized subject matter expert, offering strategic input and guidance.
- Adhere to and support the configuration team’s methodologies, principles, and best practices.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination among all key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with the implementation team to analyze and document client business requirements and processes.
- Translate business requirements into configuration deliverables.
- Develop and execute test cases based on functional requirements, and document test results.
- Provide accurate status updates and time reporting for assigned project tasks.
- Utilize prior experience with Medicaid systems to inform solution design and implementation.
- Exercise discretion and independent judgment in decision-making and problem-solving.
- Analyze configuration data and system structure to identify and resolve defects.
- Research and define solutions for new configurations, legislative changes, or client-specific rules.
- Develop and test proof-of-concept solutions for new business processes or client requests.
- Present solutions, proof of concept, or testing outcomes to customers.
- Complete configuration tasks within scheduled timelines while adhering to configuration best practices.
