Key Responsibilities:
- Develop high-quality, clean, scalable, and reusable code by adhering to best practices in software engineering architecture and processes, including code reviews and unit testing.
- Collaborate with product owners to understand detailed requirements and take ownership of your code across the full development lifecycle—from design and implementation to test automation and final delivery.
- Design intuitive and user-friendly software that allows customers to easily extend and customize functionalities based on their specific needs.
- Contribute to the design and development of new products and features while continuously improving the existing product suite.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Experience in leveraging or evaluating how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving, including the use of AI-powered tools, workflow automation, analysis of AI-driven insights, or understanding AI’s potential impact on the function or industry.
- 0–2 years of hands-on experience with Java or a similar object-oriented programming language.
- Strong passion for JavaScript and the web platform, with an emphasis on reusability and component-based development.
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design principles, design patterns, and performance or scalability considerations.
- Practical experience with modern UI frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js.
- Strong analytical and software design skills.
- Proficiency in using development tools such as IDEs, debuggers, build tools, source control systems, ServiceNow instances, profilers, and basic system administration or Unix tools.
