Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct basic data reviews to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Write data clarifications as instructed by the Data Operations Coordinator.
- Resolve data clarifications under the guidance of the Data Operations Coordinator.
- Perform basic quality control procedures to maintain data integrity.
- Achieve personal project objectives as assigned by the manager.
- Escalate issues or challenges to the Data Operations Coordinator or Group Manager in a timely manner.
- Understand and adhere to core operating procedures and working instructions.
- Review, contribute to, and comply with all relevant sections of the Data Management Plan.
- Demonstrate a basic understanding of database structures and how they relate to data management tasks.
- Develop and maintain effective communication and collaborative working relationships with the Clinical Data Management (CDM) team.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills.
- High attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in problem-solving.
- Proven ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, and clients.
