Key Responsibilities:
- Support the team by working to resolve issues related to software development, testing, or other assigned technology areas; contribute to the creation, maintenance, support, and implementation of projects.
- Collaborate with product owners and business stakeholders to understand product requirements and translate these into actionable plans and executable timelines.
- Drive efficiency across teams by supporting process improvements that enhance, sustain, and support business activities.
- Lead within your technology area—whether in application development, testing, maintenance, or support—while ensuring adherence to standard processes and successful transfer of complex domain knowledge to subject matter experts and team members.
- Monitor project activities closely and provide timely, accurate reports to keep management and all project stakeholders informed.
- Continuously enhance skills and seek learning opportunities to identify process improvements and automation possibilities; provide constructive feedback and inputs to SMEs, leads, and managers on these areas.
- Establish and maintain strong communication and relationships with all stakeholders, including clients, their customers, team members, and leaders, to understand needs, resolve issues, and exceed expectations.
- Oversee and manage performance and service quality to ensure customer satisfaction; provide coaching, feedback, and work towards the shared goal of “One Sutherland Team playing to win.”
Eligibility Criteria:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computing, IT, BE/BTech (CSE, IT), B.Sc. (Computers), or BCA/MCA is preferred.
- Relevant experience in Healthcare IT or IT Services Delivery domains.
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, constructively, and professionally.
- Good time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- A proactive team player who develops trust and professional rapport with employees and team members.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining quality.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
