Key Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Management:
- Execute active sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search operators, and advanced sourcing techniques across platforms such as GitHub, Stack Overflow, Indeed, and Glassdoor.
- Manage candidate pipelines effectively within ATS systems, including Greenhouse, Lever, BambooHR, and Workday.
- Conduct market research, salary benchmarking, and competitive analysis to support talent acquisition strategies.
- Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives to attract top talent.
Full-Cycle Recruiting Support:
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requisitions and candidate personas.
- Conduct phone screens, video interviews, and skills assessments to evaluate candidates.
- Coordinate interview scheduling and manage all candidate communications.
- Execute reference checks and background verification processes.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Recruitment Operations & Analytics:
- Track and report key recruitment KPIs, including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, and conversion rates.
- Create recruitment dashboards and present data insights to stakeholders.
- Support recruitment process improvement and workflow optimization initiatives.
Eligibility Criteria:
Education & Experience:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
- Have 0–2 years of relevant experience in recruiting, human resources, sales, customer service, or business development.
- Previous internship experience in HR, recruiting, or related fields is preferred, but not mandatory.
Technical Skills & Competencies:
- Proficient in using LinkedIn, Boolean search, X-ray search techniques, and various candidate sourcing platforms.
- Experienced in working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, BambooHR, or similar systems.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel for data analysis, PowerPoint for presentations, and Word for documentation.
- Familiar with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or recruitment-specific CRM platforms.
- Experienced in using communication tools like Slack, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and asynchronous communication platforms.
- Knowledgeable in professional networking platforms and social recruiting strategies.

- Hold certifications such as PHR, SHRM-CP, or recruiting-specific credentials like CIR or PRC.
- Experienced in using project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or similar platforms.
- Familiar with data analytics tools like Tableau, Power BI, or advanced Excel functions for recruitment analytics.
- Skilled in job posting optimization, social media content creation, and employer branding initiatives.
Specialized Experience:
- Have prior experience working in distributed teams, virtual collaboration, or remote-first environments.
- Understand fast-paced, high-growth environments and startup culture.
- Have a background in B2B sales, lead generation, or customer relationship management.
- Knowledgeable in global hiring practices, visa processes, and multi-country recruitment.
- Experienced in managing recruiting agencies, freelance platforms, or external partner coordination.
